Amsterdam, 22 September 2017 - Heineken N.V. (EURONEXT: HEIA; OTCQX: HEINY) today announced that it has successfully placed 12-year Notes with a coupon of 1.50% for a principal amount of €800 million.
The Notes will be issued under the Company's Euro Medium Term Note Programme and will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
The proceeds from the Notes issuance will be used for general corporate purposes including the refinancing of existing debts. The maturity date of the Notes is 3 October 2029.
BBVA, Crédit Agricole, Deutsche Bank, HSBC and Santander acted as book runners.
